Howdy! I’m Issy Silva Aldridge (pronounced Izzy). Welcome to Moving Energies! As an Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner, I have dedicated my life to empowering others on their wellness journey. Energy Medicine has profoundly transformed my health and life, and it is my mission to share this gift with others. I invite anyone open to exploring new ways of self-care to join me in harnessing the power of their body's organic medicine—your energy!

My Journey

My path to Energy Medicine began with a personal health crisis. I was diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, which left me severely reactive to various environmental triggers. My condition isolated me from the world and conventional Western medicine offered little relief.

In late 2014, my life took a turn for the better when I met an extraordinary primary care doctor in Newport News, Virginia. At a point where I had lost hope, I was introduced to Energy Medicine. This doctor taught me essential techniques such as energy testing for food and products, the “Zip-Up” exercise for environmental protection, and the Daily Energy Routine by Donna Eden. These simple yet powerful techniques increased my energy, joy, and overall health. Remarkably, within a year, I no longer needed to wear a face mask outdoors.

By 2016, I was strong enough to be around people and visit medical facilities. My journey continued with an Energy Medicine practitioner who further empowered me with knowledge and self-healing techniques. For the first time, I felt in control of my health, holding the power to heal myself in my hands.

My Practice

At Moving Energies, I offer a range of healing modalities that can be experienced virtually (via Zoom or email) or in-person for current clients. My services aim to restore balance, release blockages, and enhance overall well-being. Each session is tailored to address the unique energy needs of my clients, providing personalized guidance through visual images, auditory messages, or a deep sense of knowing and feeling.
