Daily Energy routine
I usually recommend my clients the below self-care to start building their energetic foundation. That will help repattern your energies and will help you adapt to the work we do together in our sessions, so it holds and doesn't fade away in a few hours/days.
Based on personal experience and what I see in my clients, the clients that do the Daily Energy Routine (DER) 3 times a day and do Triple Warmer techniques (Fight, Flight and Freeze techniques) start noticing a huge difference much faster.
One client that used to do the DER on a daily basis but stopped for almost a year. The last 6 months of that year, they had been feeling terrible, and finally could barely function, by doing the DER 3 times in one day they felt an immediate improvement and after a week, they felt almost back to normal. If you are starting out, it usually takes about 6 weeks to notice the improvement.
My recommendation to all my clients is to do the DER 3 times a day to build an energetic foundation. Here are two different videos to pick from. Use the one that resonates with you.

Second, I recommend doing the following techniques to calm your Triple Warmer (Fight, Flight and Freeze response) as much as possible, especially when you notice it's been activated. Meaning you are stressed, irritated, angry, anxiety, depression, etc.
in-person sessions

For in-Person sessions, I invite you to come fragrant-free and not wear any scented products as I provide a safe space for all my clients who are very sensitive to fragrances and chemicals.
Face Masks
When you arrive, I’ll meet you outside without a face mask to welcome you. However, once we are inside, we will both be wearing masks during the session. When you are face down on the table you can remove your mask so that your nose is exposed but all the other times masks must be worn over nose and mouth at all times.
Home Office - Boyds, MD
My home office is in the basement of my home. I have a walk-out basement - from the driveway, I'll walk you around the house on grass and oftentimes it's muddy due to weather. I advise you to wear appropriate shoes. I ask you to remove your shoes before coming in.
Allergies to Pets
I have two cats that are a part of our family. They are never in the session with us, but they do visit the space a few times a month. My home office has hardwood floors and that tends to help with allergies but please use your discretion.
Parking
You can park in the driveway behind the silver SUV only. If that spot is not available please park past the house on the right-hand side.
